After being a "Zillow" agent for more than 10 years, and a Realtor for over 20 years with hundreds of satisfied clients and transactions, this is the first negative review I've ever received. When I got the call this weekend asking if I was still coming to meet Ms. ________ at her home, I could not find the appointment on my calendar. Not knowing what happened or why it was not there, I profusely apologized, said I could not find the appointment on my calendar, and asked if she would forgive me and allow me to reschedule. (After the call I found that I had accidentally posted the appointment for the wrong week.) She said that would not be necessary. I knew she was unhappy, so I wished her well and we ended the call. This missed appointment, rare as it was, is on me. However, it was an accidental slip with no malice or misdeed. In acknowledging my error, I was courteous, apologetic and respectful to Ms. __________. I accepted her decision and did not push back one iota. I do disagree with the earlier part of her comments. If my services/suggestions were not acceptable months ago, why was I contacted again? Again, my apologies to you for my inadvertent slip. I hope it did not cause any significant inconvenience and I wish you well with the sale of your home.
